About SQINSCAN
SQINSCAN - The personalized skin care to calculate your skin age in just one selfie!

Just one selfie can calculate your skin smoothness. SQINSCAN calculates the skin age from the data scanned thousands of faces and compare your skin status with same age group.
SQINSCAN diagnostic tool app detects the skin features (spots, wrinkles, pores, acne, etc.) based on our own algorithm and gives a skin score based on the feature spots. Skin score is higher when less features are detected.
GET ANALYSIS
1. Center entire face to the guideline (match your eyes and mouth to the guideline) and have a neutral expression when taking a selfie. Use the webcam with even lighting and minimize shadows.
2. SQINSCAN automatically detects the analyzing area and shows it in light-green.
Proceed to the analysis if the light-green area covers your face correctly.
Overexposed area can not be analyzed.
3. Your analyzed result image, skin score and skin age will be displayed on the screen. Uneven skin is shown in light-green, tap to enlarge the image. Click the skin condition to show the skin score radar chart. Total skin score is shown at the center of the chart, individual scores and skin age (cheek, forehead, nose, mouth) are shown at the top of the square.
4. “Average Skin Score” shows the average skin score within the same age group. It addresses that your skin is smoother and clearer than the same age group if the score is higher than the average. Tap to show the chart of the average skin score by age. The highest score is 100.
SQINSCAN IS RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO WANT:
* To check the skin age
* To compare your skin with the same age group
* To record the skin condition change
* To see the effect of the skincare
NOTE:
SQINSCAN can only detect images in the guideline area, therefore the result depends deeply on the photo-snap environment (high-res, lighting, etc). Usually fluorescent light spots skin feature more clearly to give lower skin score and skin age. If the distinctive skin features are not detected for the reasons such as backlight, skin score shows higher and skin ages lower than its actual. Snap a selfie under the same lighting environment to keep recording the skin condition change.
SQINSCAN app might detects forelock and face outline as “skin”. Re-take a selfie to get a correct face skin guideline.
An average skin score by age gets updated as skin data are accumulated. Continuous recording is recommended.
