Fixed missing and misassigned mixers on power-ups

Added *new* Intermediate & Advanced T1 series Hulls!
Added 2/3 second delay between destroying an enemy and when the player tank turrent begins returning to center
Improved the motion of tank turret aiming
Reduced damage of enemy machine gun fire by 30%
The player tank can no longer get stuck on pointy objects
Small, Medium, & Large power-ups now give 33%, 66%, and 100% boosts respectively
Increased power-up despawn time from 30 seconds up to 45
More advanced tank parts now have much cooler skins
Fixed scaling issues betwen Large, Medium, & Small powerups
Single cannon turrets now have an optional 20mm Vulcan machine gun as an alternate weapon
Greatly improved the aiming accuracy of enemy tanks
Overall game performance should also be improved
Game-play no longer occasionally needs to restart after changing equipment
