About Telekompaniet
Vi har samlat de mest använda kommunikationsvägarna i en och samma app. Med profiler på kollegor, inbyggd softphone, kontakthantering och växeladministration blir mobilen den naturliga utgångspunkten i företagets kommunikation.
Profiler - Du ser i realtid om dina kollegor är på tjänsteresa, möte eller upptagna i telefon. Du lämnar enkelt meddelande till kollegor om hur, och när, du vill bli nådd.
Inbyggd softphone - Ingen konfiguration krävs, du kan direkt börja ringa med våra låga fastnätspriser.
Växeltjänster - Överflytta pågående samtal till både kollegor och externa nummer. Är du på väg ut kan ett pågående samtal flyttas mellan din fasta telefon och mobiltelefon. Som administratör kan du öppna och stänga växelns huvudnummer direkt i applikationen samt lyssna av gemensamma röstbrevlådor.
Alltid uppdaterad - Alla kollegor och kontakter hålls uppdaterade i telefonens inbyggda kontaktbok, på så sätt ser du alltid vilken kollega det är som ringer utan att manuellt lägga in nya medarbetare.
Om du vill kan du i appen rapportera din GPS-position så att dina kollegor kan se var du befinner dig. Du lyssnar enkelt av dina röstmeddelanden, ser dina samtalslistor med mera. Du kan även se dataförbrukning (i Sverige och utomlands) samt hantera spärrar för utlandsdata.
