- Rather than relying on a tracking number, you can now add your own service request references for context – this makes it easier to recall what you’ve requested from us. We’ve also added location information to service requests, so you know which business premises any listed queries relate to.

- Under ‘Network performance’, assess how your service has been performing in the last hour, 24 hours, seven days or 30 days (60 and 90-day historical views are coming soon). Reviewing your network performance history helps you monitor your service utilisation and lets you keep an eye on any trends. You can also create your own location identifiers and, where needed, create the same reference for multiple sites at a time.

As we march toward an even better Telstra Connect experience, this release we focus on ease of use. We’ve:

- Made it easier for you to view the details of your orders, for one location or many, with our order tracker.
- Now made it possible for you to customise references making it easier to track your locations’ performances with Network Performance
- Added more ‘clickable’ features to the billing section of the app, to help you better understand your bill.

- Communicate with Telstra via an activity log for incident updates
- Raise a Data Centre access, delivery, equipment removal or remote hands request for Co-location services
- Raise a common change requests for existing IPVPN services
- View a list of network services showing availability & utilisation
- View a list of IP & Data orders, along with their status
- Submit feedback for improvement on the site
