About Track & Trace

With the track & trace app Hellmann delivers a new service for customers to get all relevant shipment information on a mobile device.
A “one-field search” allows searching for road, sea and air shipments. References like the Hellmann shipment number, a customer reference and NVE Barcodes can be used to get information about road shipments. For sea and air shipments, the general identifiers like AWB / BL as well as Container number can be used for searching.
All shipment information is presented in a proper Hellmann design. Status icons let you know the actual status on the first view. All details like status of the shipment, shipment and item details give you the necessary extra information. In case of a road shipment, related contact information allows the user to get in contact with the Hellmann department on a smart and efficient way.
The first version of the public track & trace will be developed continuously. Therefore advanced ways for searching and filtering shipments are in development. Also known functions of the web portal, like the Tracking View and Watchlist, will be synchronized to the mobile device.
