You can also receive a notification, on days that it is supposed to rain, recommending the use of an umbrella. You choose the time and days of week. It works even if your device is idle and the application closed.

Umbrella is now free to use with a premium subscription for daily rain alerts. Existing users can continue receiving alerts for free, but consider subscribing to get access to advanced features like specifying the forecast period for alerts, background location updates (useful if you travel a lot) as well as supporting the app since we've charged a one-time fee for the last 9 years, but there are monthly expenses for weather data and alerting infrastructure. Subscriptions start at only $0.25 per month. Try free for 1 month. To subscribe go to Settings and select the first item in the list. Thank you for your support!
