About UNICUM Direct Service
UNICUM motors and electronic boxes are used to control pool covers. Placed by nature in a difficult environment (humidity, heat, electromagnetic disturbances, etc.), they are manufactured with special care.
UNICUM has created this mobile application to make easier for pool cover owners, manufacturers and installers to manage the installed base, giving them access any time, anywhere, to the technical and historical data of the UNICUM devices that have been delivered.
After creating a user account, the application gives access to the individual quality certificate of the motor, which is generated after the test at the end of the production line for each UNICUM motor. This certificate shall include, in particular, the technical data collected individually during the tests carried out on that occasion, and which shall be used as evidence in the event of a need for subsequent expertise.
Through the application, the user account also gives direct access to the database of motors technical documentation, by offering the download of the related files (plans, installation procedure, and troubleshooting advice) for each of them.
The application also makes it possible to manage after-sales service request procedures by generating an online after-sales "ticket" for an engine declared defective. This ticket will then make it possible to ensure the follow-up of the product and the traceability of its file if it must be returned to UNICUM for expertise and repair.
The display of the individual quality certificate or the creation of a service ticket is carried out, either by direct manual entry of the serial number of the related motor, or by scanning the QR code (when the related UNICUM motor is equipped with it).
Thanks to the dedicated QR code reader which is directly integrated into it, the UNICUM application works fully by itself
There is therefore no need to download or install any additional modules or applications to make it fully functional.
