About Violin Notes

Violin Notes will help you find where notes are on the violin from the musical staff. Use the interactive violin note positions to indicate where the note lives on the treble clef.

Holding the note down on the violin also plays the sound to help with finger positioning.

Huge upgrade of Violin Notes! > All Major / Minor keys can be selected to sort out the notes on the fingerboard. > The full fingerboard view is available to see everything all the way up the violin. > The violin body is shown as a reference point as more advanced positions are played. > You can now drag the staff view note around to where you would like to see the corresponding note on the violin fingerboard. > The note name is displayed within the note on the staff. > Position markers are now shown on the left hand side of the violin fingerboard. > Zoom in and out to play notes from the fingerboard. > Scroll with your finger while zoomed in to see a particular position on the violin.
