About Walkers for life

Walkers for Life is a program that aims at pushing people towards a fitter lifestyle by helping them track the steps they take each day. The program aims at making people aware of the number of steps they take on a daily basis and compete with others making it fun to clock those extra steps and also find situations in our daily lives that will lead us to walking more.
