-The advanced model of commander no longer consumes Arms item, but can be unlocked and replaced directly when reaching the level.
-When grade-B and grade-C officers are repeatedly acquired, they will no longer obtain the PP of officers. As a substitute, they will produce the PP of arms.
-When an officer is promoted to 1, 2, and 3 stars, the PP of the officers will no longer be consumed, but the PP of the arms will be consumed instead.
