안심[安心] 앱은 심장시술 (PCI) 후 심장재활이 필요한 환자라면 누구나 이용 가능한 모바일 앱입니다.

안심[安心]앱은 심장건강, 복약, 운동, 영양, 스트레스, 금연 관련 메세지를 주기적으로 제공하며, 혈압/혈당 등을 자가관리 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하여 효과적인 건강관리 및 심장재활을 돕습니다.

안심[安心]앱의 초기버전은 지난 2016년 시작한 보건복지부-한국보건산업진흥원 후원 ‘환자 맞춤형 심장재활 스마트폰 앱 개발 및 현장실증을 통한 관상동맥질환 위험인자 개선과 의료비 절감에 미치는 효과 연구’ 과제로 개발 되었습니다.

안심[安心]앱은 실제 병원에서 사용중인 심장재활 프로그램을 기반으로 분야(순환기내과, 재활의학과, 정신건강의학과, 약제팀, 영양팀, 스포츠의학팀 등)별 전문가들과 함께 500여 메시지와 알고리즘을 연구개발 하여 개인 건강 및 심리상태에 따라 맞춤 메시지를 전해드립니다.

현재, 안심[安心]앱은 과제에 참여하지 못한 많은 심장재활 환자들에게 도움을 드리고자, 연구개발 컨텐츠는 유지하고, 가입제한 완화 및 사용성 개선 업그레이드를 진행했습니다.

* 안심[[安心]]은 아이폰의 홈 앱인 건강앱 HealthKit 프레임워크를 통해 걸음 정보를 사용합니다. 안심앱 설치 후 최초 실행시 걸음 데이터 접근을 허용해주어야 합니다. 건강 다이어리에서 걸음 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 걸음 정보를 통해 사용자의 심장 재활 운동에 포함되는 일별 걸음수를 체크하는 기능을 합니다.
