기존의 ①기관방문, ②전화(ARS/상담직원), ③홈페이지(전자민원)를 통해 접견예약을 할 수 있는 것 외에, 스마트폰과 같은 모바일을 이용하여 보다 쉽고 편하게 접견예약을 할 수 있으며 또한 수용자에게 전자서신을 작성/발송 할 수 있는 인터넷 모바일 서비스 입니다.
이용 가능 서비스
1. 일반접견예약
수용자와 접견(방문)하고자 할 때 접견 예약을 하실 수 있는 서비스 입니다.
2. 화상접견예약
수용자가 수용된 수용기관 이외에 접견장소(각 교정 기관에 마련된 화상접견시스템)에서 화상으로 접견 하고자 할 때 접견 예약을 하실 수 있는 서비스 입니다.
3. 인터넷화상접견예약
수용자와 접견을 위해 교정기관을 방문할 필요 없이 민원인 가정에서 인터넷PC를 이용하여 원격지에 있는 수용자와 화상접견을 하고자 할 때 예약을 하실 수 있는 서비스 입니다.
4. 모바일서신
실명확인 절차를 거친 민원인이 수용자 정보(수용기관 ,칭호번호,수용자명)를 확인한 후 모바일 서신을 작성 하고 발송합니다.
