Thank you for continued support and great feedback which we have listened to.

In this update we’ve added videos of each exercise to help. The text instructions are still there as well.

Also added an iCloud sync option to ensure you never loose your great progress. Encourage you to turn your iCloud drive on in the Settings app > iCloud > iCloud Drive > switch to On.

We've listened to your feedback and added the following improvements to help you meet your goals with the 30 Day Challenges. The new update includes:
- Restart anytime from the calendar screen with the restart button. Just scroll down on the calendar screen.
- Daily reminders so you never forget to work out!
- Links to exercises from the workouts.
- Higher screen resolution for the iPhone 6 and 6+.
- And those annoying bugs are all gone now!
