Login and Security enhancements.

On the calendar, the week now begins on Sunday.

Our latest Church Life app corrects several minor issues with marking attendance and displaying rosters.

You can now mark attendance for small groups and classes. As you mark attendance, you can add guests and share comments with other leaders or staff.

General improvements related to user accounts

Our latest Church Life app features a staff-level view of ACS Facility Scheduler calendars and events when Access ACS is inactive. This lets staff view notes entered in ACS Facility Scheduler.

Our latest Church Life update keeps you signed in unless you choose to log out of the app. In addition, the calendar filter only displays published calendars, not private ones.

Images now display full size when viewing a persons record

Staff and lay leaders can now view:
• Family connections on all family members’ profiles, not just the Head’s profile.
• Incomplete connections on an individual’s record using our new connections filter.
• Connection responses on completed connections.

My Groups is a new menu option allowing you to view your groups. Staff and lay leaders can now also view groups on an individual's profile. Improved picture quality.

• Administrators can send church-wide notifications to all app users. This is helpful for urgent messages such as service cancellations due to weather.
• Enhancements for automatic logins.

- When a staff or visitation task is assigned to you, you'll receive a notification on your mobile device.

• With proper user rights, members and attendees can add or update photos in Access ACS.

• Facility Scheduler calendar events now show the full event descriptions.

Users can now view calendar events that are built into their church's Access ACS calendar.

Users can now submit feedback to ACS directly from their device.

Users can now change their expired password when logging in.

-Organizations

Staff members can now view church information from their cell phones. The information includes:

1) The name of the parent for the organization selected.
2) The Tier field of the organization.
3) The Primary Contact for the organization.
4) View current active staff member information on their cell phones.
5) View images associated with an organization.
6) View individual information, including staff information, on their cell phones.
7) View Contact Information for the organization.

Connection Detail Screen
We have updated the Connections Detail screen to display the connection type and the contact information for the individual.

You can now:
touch the address to view a map
touch the email address to send an e-mail
touch the phone number to make a phone call

Connections
You can now enter a new connection and assign an individual or team to complete the connection.

Connection History
You can now view the Connection History for an individual from their Individual Detail screen.

Birthdays and Member Status
Added the ability to view an individual's birthday and member status.

Corrections
Corrected the issue with the Add Contacts option not adding a contact.
Corrected issue with the login page. If an individual had multiple logins associated with the same e-mail address and password, he was not prompted to select one from a list of matching logins. Instead, he was taken back to the login page.

You can now view and complete your assigned connections.

Give online quickly and easily. (Available with the ACS PayPlus solution only.)

Corrected issue that occurred when searching. If a family had a member with a blank first name and clicked a family member’s name, the app would crash and close out.
