1. Location tracking upgraded
We have improved the background tracking functionality. This includes location correction when entering a map and the ability to collect friends' location information in shorter cycles.

1. Passcode lock function added
A passcode lock function has been added to Settings > Privacy.

(1) When you first set up the function, you must enter the same password twice to activate the password.
(2) To unlock the screen, the exact password that was set must be entered.

Messages are now no longer deleted after 24 hours. You can read previous messages and continue chatting with friends from where you left off.
You can also save pictures and videos to your device and share them with your friends. Share your fun moments with your friends

You can select your preferred push notification sound. You can also turn haptics on or off. If you don't need vibration, turn haptics off.

It's officially school break and vacation season! Here's our last update for July, hoping to see our far-away friends at Bagel more often~!

[SNS Sharing]
First of all, you can share photos and videos taken with the AR camera, as well as the pops you create, directly to messengers and SNS apps. In addition to your Bagel friends, you can simply post them on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc. to show off your avatar and fashion sense to a wider audience!

[Emoji feedback, Pop]
Now you can react to your friends' posts with multiple emojis, and we've added 7 new Pops to give you even more ways to give and receive feedback. Yes, that's right, you read that right! We want to make your conversations richer and more fun, that's our motto.

[Seasonal items]
Last but not least, we've added summer dresses, sandals, straw hats, and a cute wolf cut.

We're excited to announce our first update for July, and it's one that won't let you down.

First, we've improved the display of notifications when a friend sends you a message. Push notifications now show the face of the sender, making it easier to recognize which friend is contacting you.

In addition, the face recognition part of the AR Camera can recognize up to three of your friends as your avatar in the previous version. In this version, you can designate the recognized faces as avatars. This means that you can create even better photos and videos with two or three friends, each with their own avatar face. Yes, that's right, AR cameras are getting better and better.

And now you'll get push notifications whenever a friend posts or likes something in your Space.

Last but not least, we've added some cool pants for those of you who can't give up style in the heat, so check them out!

Here's our final update for June!

First, in the 'Pop Editor', you can now adjust special effects and text on a layer-by-layer basis. This allows you to make your effects and text more three-dimensional, making for more fun and cool Pops.

We've also added the ability to 'draft text' before sending a message. This means that if you need to leave a friend's chat room for a while, your text will still be there, making it easier to jump back and forth between chat rooms.

In addition, five new hairstyles, summer school uniforms, and oversized T-shirts and hoodies have been added to keep you cool in the summer, so you can express yourself more.

The last feature is the avatar 'AR Camera', which recognizes the faces of 3 friends on a single screen and shows them all as your avatar. We are planning more fun experiences that recognize multiple faces, so stay tuned for the next update~!

We've got a new update for Bagel that's even hotter than the weather.

First, we've added a "Closet" feature that lets you save your outfits - with all of your current avatar's settings intact! You can save up to five of your favorite outfits and easily switch them up whenever the mood strikes.

And on the security front, we've added a new feature that lets you delete messages you've sent, so if you've made a mistake, you can just tap to delete it!

We've also added a "Preview" feature that lets you see your Pops before you send them, so you can make sure you don't make a mistake.

We've included a “Confirmation pop-up” when you delete a Pop or avatar item you've been editing, and we've separated “Captions” for photos to make Chat more enjoyable.

We're excited to announce our June updates to make chatting fun and convenient anytime, anywhere~!

First, how are you doing with the Friends Map?
One of the biggest features of this update is the addition of a " Private To" feature that lets you choose who you want to share your location with. Whether you want your location to be public or private to all of your friends, you can now choose to make it private to a select few, giving you more control over how visible your location is.

Photos in Chat have also been improved.
When you send a photo, you can now send it in its original proportions, and you'll be able to see the entire photo when it's received, rather than just a portion of it. This will allow you to accurately convey what your friend looks like in the corner of the photo.

We've also added a Photo mode to the AR Camera, which previously only supported Video.
You can create a photo with your avatar, download it, or send it to your friends in the chat room.

It's been a hot one lately.
We're a little bummed that it's suddenly so hot before we've even had a chance to feel the warmth of spring, but we can't wait to greet you with an update that's as hot as Bagel.

First, we've changed the Studio template system to allow you to freely edit the built-in items, so you can easily create beautiful clothes by making small changes according to your taste. We've also added new templates for cropped tops, 3/4 sleeve t-shirts, and track pants.

In Friends Map, we're making location updates even faster to give you a more realistic view of where you and your friends are. And we've tweaked it so that avatars don't overlap when they're in the same place. Don't you think it's cute when they're all huddled together on the map? :)

We've also been tweaking our beloved Chat system to make it more comfortable, including improved line spacing and the ability to send Pops in a row.

It's May, and the sun is shining!

Avatar items added!
We've added 44 new avatar items, including hats, hairstyles, and overalls, all themed around character outfits. They've also been added as template items, so why not make some pretty outfits for your favorite characters?

New Pop presets and effects!
You can now create even more fun Pops, and your status settings on the map and in chat rooms are now visible everywhere. And you can chat with friends you see on the map or go to a space right away.

Chat is getting even cooler!
We're adding a lot more visualization when gifting clothes you've made, dark mode UI support, and more to make it the best messenger it can be.
