The Insightly Service mobile app allows you to keep on top of your customer service tasks even while away from your desk or on the go. This companion app to Insightly Service allows you to quickly and easily respond to customer inquiries from the convenience of a mobile-optimized touch interface.

The home page allows you to see the complete list of your dashboards and cards so you can review critical service KPI's and dashboard metrics and drill down to spot potential issues or productivity problems.

Ticket Queues and Lists:
Keep on top of new tickets coming in or those assigned to you in real-time, and search across all tickets within Insightly to find customer issues quickly.

Review and Respond to Customers:
Review the details on tickets and quickly respond to customers right from within the mobile app on the go. Set ticket properties and priorities, and get notifications on ticket updates.

Apply Macros to boost productivity:
Apply macros to tickets to set properties and add replies with just a couple of taps so you can respond to customers faster and deal with common issues quickly.
