- Added HowToLucid's Youtube Channel and Website links to "Helpful Links"
- Added a "Video Guides" page with HowToLucid's videos
- Added version 1.0 of the new Auto-Shutoff Alarm, set up to 4 alarms for early morning to play a specified sound once, to wake you up but does not require you to turn the alarm off. Alarm page doubles as a bedside digital clock. Read more info on the new alarm by clicking the ( i ) on the "Touchless Alarm" page

- Fixed About page not being able to scroll

- Completely New Dream Journal - Note any dreams stored in the previous version of the app WILL be lost. I am very sorry about that! Will not happen again in a new update. Please record or screenshot your existing journal entries to keep your dreams!
- New Reality Check Reminder feature, that can be scheduled for every 30 minutes, every hour, every 2 hours, or even every 4 hours if you desire
- Less overall ads from the previous version, and a remove ads In-App Purchase for only $1.99 USD!
