OneSupervisor Mobile is a state-of-the-art mobile app for the iPhone, that allows you to monitor your contact center activity anywhere and anytime.
Follow your inbound and outbound services, as well as your agents, compare indicators over time and always keep track of your SLA… while away from the contact center.
