With PowerUp you can buy your energy in packages that will last you from 1 day up to 6 months.
Use our app to:
• Buy PowerUp packages of gas & electricity from your mobile - the bigger the package you buy the more you could save.
• Track how much energy you have used to see when you next need to PowerUp.
• Update your readings to ensure you are on track.
• View how much energy we forecast you will need for the upcoming months.
• Keep a log of all your transactions and messages.
• Get any help or support you need with your energy accounts.
• Provide feedback to help us improve the app.

Thanks for downloading the latest version of the PowerUp app.
Further to the recent announcement around the change of the PowerUp base product to PowerUp Fixed November 2020 we have updated the content in the app to reflect the new product.
You will still be able to purchase packages and daypay as normal, the discounted prices will just be measured against PowerUp Fixed November 2020 rather than PowerUp Variable.

We've been listening to your feedback and have made a few major changes to the app to help you understand your energy usage better.
If you have a smart meter then you now don't have to worry about giving us meter readings as we'll collect these automatically. We recommend you set your reading frequency to daily to keep your account as up to date as possible.
All customers will now see an update to your Usage & Forecast graphs. Now you can compare any period you wish to see when best to start reducing your energy usage. We also tell you what you have currently used and what we forecast you have left to use that month to save you looking through your graphs. Have a play about and let us know what you think.
Finally there have been some other smaller tweaks done in the background to improve the payment process and give you better insight into how we calculate your package prices.
