There are few types of workout activity, each type has few levels of challenge. Once you pass the level, the next level will appear else you will back to previous level.

You able to view your name, id, age, weight, and height in the Profile Page. Besides, you are also to view your grand & reward in the profile page. You can gain a reward once you archive top of the weekly training.
