About Sprint Eight
Working out is never fun so you need to get the most out of your workout when you can do it. Sprint-8 is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that allows maximum calorie burn in the shortest timeframe. Usually, this particular workout is done on a treadmill or stationary bicycle. This app lets you do the Sprint-8 workout and not have to have any extra equipment. It tells you when to sprint and then when to rest. Sprint-8 does this on a 30 second sprint/90 second rest cycle.

Now you can play music in the background (like from your iTunes app) but the program now allows the background music to decrease in volume so that the prompts can be heard better. Also, added a circular progress meter to keep you abreast of your number of sprints. Thanks for using this app!

By request, the iPhone's Auto-lock will be temporarily disabled while the app is running. After the app is closed down, it will reset the Auto-lock to its previous setting. This will prevent the phone from turning off while you are exercising. Also, what is an exercise regimen without your own music playing while those calories are being burned? Now, with this update, you can listen to your music and still receive the prompts to rest and sprint from the Sprint Eight app. Hope you enjoy!
