Gorilla Workout é um agrupamento de mais de 40 exercícios rápidos e sem equipamentos. Nossas rotinas de exercícios que utilizam apenas o peso corporal combinam treinamento cardíaco e de força de maneira intercambiável, para alcançar os melhores resultados em um curto período de tempo. DESCRIÇÃO COMPLETA

Gorilla Workout contém 4 níveis que oferecem exercícios diferentes dependendo de seu nível de fitness atual. O nível 1 é para aquele que estiver começando no jogo de fitness e vai iniciar com exercícios como flexões na parede, agachamentos e alongamentos. O nível 4 é para os tipos extremamente atléticos, que vão executar exercícios intensos como burpees, agachamentos pistola e flexões com um braço.

Cada exercício vem com um texto de descrição detalhado dos grupos musculares trabalhados, o modo de executar cada movimento do exercício e contém ainda um vídeo de uma pessoa real executando o exercício, de forma que você possa assegurar-se de que está fazendo corretamente.

Você vai começar no 1º Dia em cada nível e encaminhar-se em uma rotina diária de exercícios que vão levá-lo a atingir o próximo nível. Uma vez que tiver completado um exercício você pode compartilhar em sites como o Facebook ou o Twitter para conseguir encorajamento e motivação, ou simplesmente para se gabar se estiver competindo contra seus amigos.

Estes exercícios foram desenvolvidos para trabalhar cada grupo muscular, de modo que os ganhos de força e musculares sejam facilmente alcançáveis em músculos como braços, abdômen, peito, costas e pernas. New Signature Workout: Paired Muscle Mania

Paired Muscle Mania focuses on working out specific muscle groups based on the location of those muscles, allowing you to work upper body one day, core and back the next, then lower body the following. This structure prevents the body from over-working certain muscle groups in a given time frame, allowing workouts to be completed with minimal to no rest in between.

Once completed, the Paired Muscle Mania workout has your entire body toned in less time than a traditional full-body workout, which focuses on working the entire body each workout (requiring more rest in between sessions).

Performing a proper burpee requires a combination of cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength, lower body strength and correct posture/form. Anyone can do a single burpee, but to be able to perform burpees in the twenties and thirties requires practice and diligence.

The Burpee Challenge focuses on building the muscles and endurance needed to perform thirty perfect burpees without rest, something that can't be done without practice. This workout focuses on the same muscle groups consistently so try to rest every other day to give your body ample time to heal.
