Use this thought record to record, and examine self limiting thoughts.

Designed to help you recognize the relationship between thoughts and feelings (and actions), and to identify thought distortions.

Thought Defense builds off the base of the Thought Record tool used in psychology, while accessing the benefit of an iPhone to make it both easy to apply and accessible.

Offering a thought distortion type and a feeling dictionary, the Thought Defense app gives you a great insight as well as basic questions designed to get you thinking and considering alternatives, while encouraging you to explore psychological 'self-defense' strategies, building a case for yourself (and your self-esteem).

Encouraging you to challenge thoughts (and beliefs) that leave you feeling negative about yourself, the app also allows you to share individual thoughts with others who might help you develop a different perspective or who can contribute to your self-defense strategy.
