About Cool Koala: Bedtime Meditation

Helping kids ages 5-10 with ADHD and anxiety fall asleep fast and nurture their emotional growth.

Lead by Ryan Judd, the modern day Mr Rogers, and the beloved Cool Koala.

Listening to these relaxing and soothing meditations will help your children gradually wind down for the night and gently transition into sleep.

And not only that, they will learn important life skills along the way.

Your kids will learn lifelong skills of self-regulation, emotional intelligence, and of course, good sleep to keep them healthy and happy.

We dedicate each night of the week to a special theme:

- Using deep breathing to reduce anxiety
- Developing compassion
- Reducing worries and stress
- Dealing with anger and frustration
- Relaxing your body
- Developing gratitude
- Increasing self-esteem
