About Herzkohärenz
Die Herzkohärenz ist ein einfaches Mittel um Stress abzubauen.
Es handelt sich dabei um eine dreiminütige Atemübung. Anders als andere Übungen kann sie jederzeit und überall angewendet werden. Mittels dieser Übung können sie einen Moment der Entspannung dort erleben wo Sie sich gerade befinden; sei es in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, im Auto oder zuhause. Über das Konfigurationsmenü können Sie Ihre Präferenzen dem Ort anpassen, an dem Sie die Übung durchführen.
Machen Sie die Übung täglich morgens um ihre wohltuende Wirkung zu spüren.
Schreiben Sie jeden Tag eine Notiz um die Wohltat der Herzkohärenz festzuhalten.
