• Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) groups now have access to online billing in the app. Group Administrators must go to the web to grant user access.
• For groups that had billing accounts and billing entities in the app, we combined these into just billing accounts for one unified experience.
• When making a payment, groups with access can now select a separate bank account for each billing account.
• We updated our API to improve app performance.
• Large groups with access to claims can now view 36 months of claims instead of 24.
• MEWA groups can choose additional termination reasons when canceling coverage to determine the correct COBRA benefits.
• Small groups now have an unspecified gender option when editing personal information for members who don't wish to provide their birth sex.

Employer Digital Assistant has a new, friendly chat icon on mobile and web.
When logged in on the web, Employer Digital Assistant greets you automatically from your dashboard.
You can now give feedback after a Live Chat session and end your Live Chat with a button.
When chatting with multiple live agents at the same time, we’ll show their names so there’s no confusion.
Agent information is now available on mobile and web.
-In the app, select the new agent icon next to the switch group icon at the top of your dashboard. -In the app and on the web, go to Group Details & Benefits > Employer Details > Agent Contacts.

Welcome to EmployerAccess version 1.5.0. For this release, you can now manage who receives billing notification emails from the app. Just select the Billing Notifications link under View and Manage. If there aren’t any employer email addresses added for your group yet, you’ll see a helpful reminder on this screen to add one.

Welcome to EmployerAccess version 1.4.0. For this release, we've added two new links under billing for ASO groups. Billing Activity takes you to your invoices, and Support connects you to your billing specialist in case you have any questions.

Welcome to EmployerAccess 1.2.0. For this release, we surfaced your menu items into a navigation bar at the bottom of your device, putting them within easy reach. The bottom menu bar also disappears when you’re scrolling and comes back when you’re not, giving you extra screen space when you need it. Making this change will help us seamlessly add more functionality to the app for you in the future.

Welcome to EmployerAccess 1.1.0. For this release, groups with permissions can edit and update member information like name, email address, and birth date. For group administrators that need to register, you can now access the registration form from the login page. We’ve also surfaced Client Information Insights (CII) trend graph data for groups with access.
