In this version of I Here Now, we have listened to the feedback and made some changes and bug fixes.
I Here Now is the English version of the app. For the Swedish version please search for Jag Här Nu. Both Apps work in both languages.

Your phone language will decide the Apps language. The sessions will remain unique to each App.

Following years of constant feedback and use, we have redesigned the app from the ground up with focus on a new Life Compass feature and supporting functions around removing micro-managament from the app.

Rate your own life compass progress using a simple drag of your finger.
Built in reminder system into Life Compass, replacing the older system.
Meditation system resigned, featuring "series" and listing all the session in a cleaner user friendly way.
