About The Fit Yogi Trainer

The Fit Yogi Trainer is a revolutionary program that combines fitness and yoga and kick-starts you on your journey through both. Find it at yogoskenz.com. Whether you are a beginner to both fitness and yoga, or intermediate in one or both, this guide will help you establish a routine in which your fitness and yoga practice compliment each other. You will get the most out of working out, doing yoga, and keeping your body and mind healthy and strong.

There is no other guide like The Fit Yogi Trainer. Passionate about both fitness and yoga, Kenzie (the author), discovered that correlating the focus of her daily work out with her daily yoga practice and engaging the same muscle groups helped immensely with muscle recovery, strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, control, and injury prevention. Her physical yoga practice on the mat accelerated in progression, but her life off the mat was improved as well, as yoga is much more than just physical. Her fitness routine became stronger than ever before, and her body was healthier. But you don't have to already be a fitness guru or yogi to use this guide. In fact, it was made for those who aren't either.

The intent of this program is to put you on the path to enjoying the heart-healthy benefits of HIIT workouts, and the numerous benefits of yoga, including those outside of the physical. You will develop a healthier mind and body, build leaner, stronger, more versatile and flexible muscle, avoid injury, even deal with aches and pains. You can have a healthy body and mind as you push yourself and realize you can do hard things with patience and practice.

Anyone can use this guide. Beginner or intermediate, younger or older, men or women, busy moms or single adults, gym-goers or home-bodies. Fitness, yoga, and health in general is for everybody - all levels, shapes, sizes, ages...people from all walks of life. You don't need fancy or expensive equipment, a gym or yoga studio membership. You only need some dedication and perseverance, patience, commitment, and an hour of your time each day.

Each day of the week you get the following routine, all designed to fit into ONE hour's time, and designed after Kenzie's personal routine:

+ A 20 min HIIT workout that can be done from home or gym
+ A Strength Drill, usually yoga-based and always body weight to help build strength and flexibility
+ A Yoga Flow that correlates with the work out's muscle group focus for optimal recovery and progress
+ A Yoga Pose of the Day for purposeful documentation and to introduce you to different poses
+ A nutritional tip of the day meant to help you make smart eating choices and compliment your work outs

Weekends are slightly different and include Running Guidance for beginners, other options for switching up your routine, and even special bonus work outs and yoga flow challenges.
Every week includes one complete rest day, with a restful yoga pose.

Also included are over 15 chapters of written instruction, guidance, and tips to ensure you are developing safe and healthy exercise, yoga, and nutritional habits.

Four weeks of fitness and yoga, including:
- Over 24 different work-outs and flows meant to be re-used and mastered well-past a four week time frame.
- Over 100 instructional videos
- Over 24 different yoga flows
- Over 30 different yoga poses with instructions
- Tips and guidance on nutrition, equipment, self-teaching, safety, self-motivation, and so much more.

By taking the challenge and participating in this guide, you will not only be on your way to the most fit and well-rounded version of yourself you can be, but you will also be part of a loving, positive, and encouraging community on Instagram, through a page made specifically for this guide - @thefityogitrainer - and even special hashtags (#thefityogitrainer and more) that bring people and passions together.
