Colossal Update!!!
This version of Invoice Manager is the biggest update since the first launch of the app. All new layout design for iPhone and iPad.
Quick Setting
- If you install the app for the first time, you will see the Quick setting screen will appear. It will allow you to quickly add your company's information, choose a template and header style for the invoice, add default tax and add a clipart as a logo. For a custom logo, you need to go to Settings/PDF Customization/Add Logo.
Home Screen:
- The home screen displays the summary reports with a button that allows a user to create a new invoice. On the iPad, the left split screen is open by default giving access to all functions of the app in one screen. On the iPhone, user will need to click on the menu button to access to other features. The app is only on landscape on iPad and portrait on the iPhone.
Menu screen
- The menu screen is the split screen on the left where all the buttons previously on the home screen are now located. The menu screen is divided into 4 important sections:
1. Company's and User's informations: Company's info, Customers, Products & Services.
2. Invoice documents (including Sales Receipt, Estimate and P.O)
3. Business tools: to create projects, manage expenses or receipts, Time tracker, cost calculator and live currency converter
4. The Admin section: Reports, Backup and Restore data (datea management in general) and settings.
Settings screen
- This is where we have grouped all settings of the app: PDF Customization, Edit Comment, Edit Email Message, Signature and Payment Methods. Any features that require to turn on a toggle switch will be found there.
PDF Customization
- This is probably the most important section of the settings: Choose a template, header style for an invoice, Add a logo, Edit labels on the PDF invoice document or customize font family and colour.

** Now when an item is created, new option to select "Services" or "Products". When "Services" is selected, new screen will allow to add only the name of the service and the price, informations regarding inventory will not display on screen.
** When duplicating invoice it will pick the current date and the next invoice number.
** Alignment of the numbers is set to the right on the PDF invoice document.
** The default Currency placement is set before the numbers. Placement of the currency can still be changed via Manage Accounts screen/PDF Customization/Currency/Decimals.
** Ability to eliminate extra space on invoice pdf document when choosing third template (JOB DESCRIPTION).
** On Payment Methods, Bank details field allow multi-line of text on PDF document.
** A new switch button for Paypal. When the Paypal button is needed on Email, turn off the toggle switch.
** The email message print 0.00 when the invoice or receipt is full paid. Now the email will print the amount of the transaction and not the balance due.

** PDF Customization: New Hide PDFs Labels allows to hide the following sections on invoice document: Balance Due, Paid, Code#, Quantity, Rate, Amount and the whole product detail block.
** New PDF Reports: Sale Reports, Tax report, Expense report, Customer statements, Timesheet report, Inventory report per clients, Inventory report per products.
** Import Inventory: Import inventory data from Quickbooks or other apps. Open Inventory screen then tap on download icon near the share button on bottom left corner.
** New Stock Movement screen: this screen is accessible from (+) plus button on Item screen. This will allow you to track OUT and IN of each items or products for a better stock management.
** Other improvements.
