Cradlepoint Verify

In this version of Cradlepoint Verify app, we have addressed a bug which could cause the app to unexpectedly crash at login for some accounts.

In this new version of Cradlepoint Verify app, we have added small improvements like showing Serving Cell Tower and Failover/Failback information as part of Installation History. In addition, you’ll now see a reminder on the app whenever a new version is available for use.

This minor version adds support for new endpoints.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, all the installations completed from now on will be saved for future reference and can be shared. You’d see a new “History” icon on the Hamburger menu to review the history of Installations completed for a certain account. For Installers who have installed devices in multiple accounts they can simply switch to an account of interest and click on the History icon.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, we have introduced the Serving Cell Tower information during the installation workflow. You’d find the option as part of Health Metrics after your Speed Test is completed.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, we have introduced the ability in the Switch Account flow to accept and reject new collaboration requests received from a Netcloud account administrator.

With this new version of Cradlepoint Verify, you’d be able to view and edit your profile information as well as update your password.

- The Speed Test feature has been redesigned to use the same version as used in NetCloud Manager . This version of the Speed Test feature is capable of testing 5G connections and providing unlimited test runs with more granular test results (download/upload, latency, and jitter) than before. The Speed Test feature uses test servers located around the world for improved test accuracy and performance.

- Speed Tests can now be performed by Diagnostic Users.
- If critical components are missing during installation, the Confirm Package Contents screen informs you what is missing and prevents the installation from continuing.
- Your installation context is retained if your session times out. If your installation is interrupted due to a session timeout, the installation information you added prior to your session ending is retained. When you log in again you can continue your installation where you left off without re-entering the previously added installation information.
- A pop-up message is displayed when you are logged out of Verify due to your session timing out. Sessions expire after the session length specified by your account administrator is reached
