Eligible employees will see new benefits links in My Work for United Well-being, Surest, and UHG Credit Union. WFM users have the ability to be notified when extra time or volunteer time off becomes available. Improvements were made to the OOO/PTO Planner, available to eligible U.S. employees, such as the ability to add a distribution list for email recipients. Employees can submit UHC Health Plan issues on behalf of their friends and family in Get Help.

My Building and My Work are easier to get to and replaced For Me and Actions in the navigation menu at the bottom. Both sections have a new look and My Work features new links to UnitedHealthcare and the Benefits site for eligible employees. Eligible employees will also see a button to enroll in their 2024 benefits during this year's enrollment period. WFM users can go directly to Webstation from Workforce Tools.

You can now add new to dos from the Actions Center. Eligible employees can also plan their time away from the office from My Work with our new Out of Office Planner. We've also placed Being United social content and the schedule for Alvaria pilot users on My Day.

In this release, we have improved the log in experience, refreshed the look and feel of the app, and added a button to the UHC health plan support form in For Me.

Bug Fixes

This new version of the Sparq app contains several bug fixes and updated Get Help icons. Pilot functionality is launched for limited groups for Alvaria scheduling and Engage way-finding.

Three new features are here! Employees can now access Sedgwick for leave of absence claims management, find the EAP phone number and website, and add name pronunciations that will appear on the profile. We have also fixed a bug so that Secure approvals will disappear after being approved.

Other minor enhancements include making email addresses on profile cards clickable and renaming HRdirect to Employee Center.

This version of the Sparq app contains some security enhancements. You can also request building access via My Building and print your paycheck, along with a variety of other enhancements.

See how many actions you have with a red attention bubble in the bottom navigation bar. Plus, you can now browse events at your location in the My Building section under For You.

The latest version includes a refresh of Actions and Facility Page as well as improvements to navigation. We have improved the way we display information in the Actions and Facility pages providing employees with more succinct view of items pending and information on facilities.
