Welcome to the MoodCalmer™ app! This is a self-paced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program that helps people who are feeling down or depressed in four easy, short modules. Download the MoodCalmer™ app for instant access to your weekly CBT modules and other interactive resources.
