Added native support for iPhone 6 and iPhone Plus, redone all graphics.
Revised status-, health- and also settings menu. Made everything clearer and easier to use.
Added landscape support.

Slightly changed the app icon.
Fixed a problem that occured when activated larger texts in the iOS accessibility menu.
