About Salt Calc －食塩相当量計算アプリ－

高血圧・循環器病など疾患による塩分制限が必要な人。減塩食で健康になりたい人や妊婦さんのためのアプリ。

食品や調味料に含まれる食塩相当量を登録することで、使用した分量から食塩相当量の合計を算出するアプリです。減塩のサポートなどにお使いください。ナトリウム（Na）量を食塩相当量に換算する機能もついています。

世界保健機関（WHO）は、食塩摂取目標を1日5グラムと定めています。
減塩生活で健康になりましょう。

【このアプリの使い方】
1.食品や調味料に書かれた食塩（ナトリウム）を確認します。
2.「+」をタップして食品・調味料を登録します。
3.食品・調味料の使用量を入力していくと合計の食塩相当量が画面右上に表示されます。
