About Shoulder App

Als „Frozen Shoulder“ bezeichnet man ein chronisch-entzündliches Geschehen im Bereich der Gelenkskapsel, welche zur einer temporären Reduzierung der Beweglichkeit im Schultergelenk führt. Die konservative Behandlung besteht vorwiegend aus intensiver Bewegungs- und der Schmerztherapie.

Diese App unterstützt Sie bei Ihren physiotherapeutischen Übungen und deren Aufzeichnung. Unter „Trainingsmodus“ finden Sie die für Sie ausgewählten Übungen zur Steigerung Ihrer Schulterbeweglichkeit. Unter „Beweglichkeitstest“ können Sie das Bewegungsausmaß Ihrer Schulter messen.
