Spartans! This is a big new update. We’ve listen to your feedback and are happy to announce some new features and adjustments for the Spartan FIT app.
* New video-based workouts from world-class coaches such as Chris Hinshaw, Jacob Hepner, and Logan Aldridge.
* In step by step workouts, all exercises and rest periods now include a countdown beep sequence to better guide you through.
* You can now select a previous workout in your activity view to go directly to that workout.
* Much improved recommend workouts.
* We have redesigned many elements of the home feed, activity view and workouts to make your overall experience better.

We’ve updated your sign-up and onboarding experience to now include video previews of the app in action.
We can now link directly from a Spartan Feed card into a workout preview, keep your eye on the feed in the coming days for some upcoming weekly programs to follow along to, everyday.

In order to give you a better experience, we have moved the pre-subscription experience to allow access to the Spartan feed before subscribing. You can also view a preview of all of our workouts without starting a free trial or subscription. To get the full workout experience you will need to start your free trial, but please browse workouts and when you’re ready to subscribe, we’re ready for you to start your Spartan FIT journey.
