About BoxBack for Punchbags
BoxBack makes your punchbag your personal trainer!
Boxing and martial arts are the best exercise in the world, but it's hard to train on your own.
BoxBack is a new app that tracks your performance on a punchbag. You can see how many strikes you are throwing per minute, you can see a power rating for each punch and you can create timed workouts with targets.
With targets and tracking its much easier for you to motivate yourself to use the punchbag gathering dust in your garage, or hanging in the gym. Please note that you may need to adjust the sensitivity setting in BoxBack for the best results.
BoxBack is free to download, but to use it we recommend the BoxBack strap, which is available on amazon and via paypal on our website. You should always use appropriate boxing gloves when striking a punchbag, whether BoxBack is being used or not.
