The BoxBack app pairs your iOS device to a BoxBack punchbag to help you stay motivated and train harder than ever before. Using the app will give you valuable metrics including strike rate, power & strike location to help you optimise performance and keep improving.

BoxBack delivers straightforward feedback from the heavy bag. There are no fiddly trackers and anyone with an iOS device can connect. The app is simple to use and get started with, so your friends can also jump into the ring. You can choose to work out in structured rounds, great if you are training for a match, or you can use a freestyle mode to box your way..

We created BoxBack as a way to keep improving and to train harder from your home. The point of BoxBack is to keep you motivated, healthy and having fun! We want to make Boxing and related sports fun and easily accessible for everyone.
