About Endeavors
This routine is a tried and tested 6 week program, that has put kilos on squats for thousands of lifters. If you complete all of the sessions, you can expect a PR increase of 5% or more on your 1RM.
It involves squatting three days per week for six weeks with every other session being a 6x2 recovery set. The first three weeks focus on building volume with 80% of your max, while the last three weeks gradually decrease volume for a increase in intensity.
Commit to completing every rep of every set of every session. It goes without saying that you should not miss sessions - believe me, you will want to. If you have set the numbers suitably, these squats will give you sleepless nights, restless days, and strike fear into you each time you walk back up to the bar. But somehow, you will get them done. And it will be worth it.
