About Restore - CCBT
Welcome to the RESTORE™ app! This is a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program that helps individuals experiencing insomnia and other difficulties improve their sleep in six short, easy modules. Download the RESTORE™ app for instant access to your daily sleep diary, weekly CBT modules, and other interactive resources.
RESTORE™ is designed to teach you skills that will help you overcome long-term sleep difficulties without taking medications. It has been clinically proven to improve the sleep of more than 80% of participants.

It teaches you various behavioral and cognitive techniques to help you achieve your goals, and make healthy changes to your sleep schedule. These techniques include completing a daily sleep dairy, challenging your unhelpful automatic thinking, and practicing relaxation and mindfulness exercises. These skills can help you achieve and maintain long-term improvements with your sleep!
