Updated watch app design for watchOS 10, interactive widgets tweaks and huge performance improvements for habits with long streaks. Also improved bar chart labels and Trends Report sorting by Progress now uses the trend percentage. Fixed a few bugs and UI issue on Mac and iPad when opening and closing the sidebar.

Improved dark mode design, interactive widgets, added more Apple Health trackers (Weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Waist Circumference and Toothbrushing), and due today widget in smaller size to fit nicely on your home screen. Also added refresh button for health trackers and fixed several bugs.

NEW: Group by Tag, Sorting and improved Trends Report!

1. Group by Tag: The Progress Report can now be viewed with each tag in its own table with the Group by Tag option in the Filters view. This makes it easier to see how you're doing on big picture goals you're tracking with multiple sub-goals, high-level values or areas of life, like health, relationships, home or finances. Each tag has its own group go trackers with an Average Progress value and X/Y on track reporting. Tap a tag's header to collapse the table to quickly see them all.

2. Sorting: Open the Filters views from the Today or Reports tabs, then tap the Sort icon in the top right. You can sort by the Manual order you're used to or by Status, Due Time, Progress: Low to High, Progress: High to Low, or Alphabetical. You can even combine these new features and sort each tag's goals however you want.

3. Improved Trends Report: It's a lot easier to see how your goals are trending over time now! Rather than focusing on the Tracker Completion Rate, the Target and Project trackers now show the change in the report's time frame so you can quickly compare the progress you're making by week, month or year. Average trackers still show how often they were successful based on their goals, and now you can see how this week/month compares to the last one so you can keep improving. Habit trackers are now focused on how many times they were done instead of days they were moved to Done on the Today tab, which was a common request. Scrolling past the chart shows more of the new trends table now, and you can long-press to log from there too.

New: Apple Health integrations for Water and Energy Deficit! Now you can automatically pull in your progress from Apple Health if you use apps for logging water and calorie tracking. Energy Deficit shows your net calories, including how much you've eaten for the day and how many calories you've burned (active and resting) so it's a complete picture of your energy. The deficit is helpful for weight loss goals. Example: Losing 1 lb/week with an average deficit of 500 calories/day.

Also fixed an issue with reminders.

How's 2023 going for you so far? Hope it's off to a great start! Lots of new stuff in this update:

- Habit tracker: Per Year time period added so you can now set goals for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly habits.

- Apple Health: Select multiple Work Out types for one goal to focus on one or more fitness activities. e.g. Cardio goal that automatically includes running outside, treadmill, elliptical, etc. or Sports goal for football, soccer and basketball.

- Manage Trackers: Now you can see your Archived and Deleted trackers on the Manage Trackers view in Settings, which still has Reorder Trackers. Deleted, you ask? Yep, now if you accidentally delete a goal you can restore it for up to 30 days.

- Average trend chart now has an option to compare how you did over the past 14 days with the 14 days before.

- Diagnostics: Hopefully you won't have to use this one, but in case something goes wrong the new Diagnostics view will make it a lot easier to provide info for fixing bugs.

- Improved Average Progress formula to consider Pace for monthly goals

Preparing for the next major feature, which is already in development. New in this update: Tracker type log icons. Now it's easy to tell the type by looking at the icon on the left side of the Today tab. The Average tracker now shows its Success Rate in the subtitle since it can be a more helpful metric to improve over time. Works great with the Rolling Average setting too. On the log view the delete button is now in the upper right corner. Fixed a few bugs too. Can't wait for you to see the next big feature release in Strides 15.0!

You can now view up to two years forward or backward on the daily goals calendar. Also fixed some issues with the trends and calendar reports, made some improvements to dark mode, and display gray circles before the start date for habits.

New Average tracker setting: Move to Done. For daily average goals you can now change from when logged to when goal is met so you can log throughout the day and it will stay due until your goal is reached. You can also consider only the last X logs, days, weeks, months or years for your average now. Rather than limiting the rolling average option to only per log goals it works with all time periods. Made a couple other formula improvements, fixed a few bugs and improved background refresh.
