About Unwinding by Sharecare

Life is unpredictable and can sometimes feel completely overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be nice if life came with instructions? Unwinding by Sharecare is essentially just that—a “Quick Start” guide for your mind. By spending only a few minutes each day, Unwinding helps you manage everyday stressors and build healthy habits.

With science-based practices and tools, you can be calmer, more aware, more in your body and mind, and most importantly, more focused on the things that matter most to you right now. Unwinding is a powerful mental health digital therapeutic that helps you stay grounded and gives you the support you need with tools at your fingertips when moments of stress arise —right when you need to take a breath and tap back into your curiosity.
