View workouts individually with a specialised graphic view of your activity.

Workouts uses information stored in the Health app to display your workouts. Workouts takes the protection of your data seriously.

Workouts retrieves workouts stored in the Health app and runs queries for heart rate, calorie and distance samples to display graphs for each workout.

This data is put into memory data structures.

Health data is never persisted to disk.

Health data is never sent to third party services.

Workouts never writes data to the Health app.

Workouts does not connect to any third party services. In fact, no internet connections are made from the app at all.
