Driving across town or across the country, AARP Roadside Assistance from Allstate lets you travel with confidence and peace of mind. Designed exclusively for AARP® members, AARP Roadside Assistance offers 24-hour emergency roadside service and a variety of travel and car care benefits.
The AARP Roadside Assistance app has been carefully designed to make requesting assistance faster, more accurate, and convenient.
Functions:
•Request assistance for a mechanical issue, dead battery, flat tire, out of fuel, lock out, and more
•Use GPS, maps and satellite to pinpoint the vehicle location
•Follow a dialogue assisting you in diagnosing the problem and requesting appropriate service
•Retrieve confirmation service is on the way and the estimated time of arrival
•Your AARP Roadside Assistance from Allstate membership number confirms eligibility for Roadside Assistance under your plan.

Here’s what’s new in this version for AARP Roadside Assistance.
Never have we had:
•Google ratings for locations, so you can trust where you tow your car to.
•Navigate to websites of those locations directly to make an informed decision.
•Enhanced Push notifications.
•Simplified User experience that now let’s you request a rescue within 2 minutes.
Plus, calling out the other recent functions as well:
•Share your status with friends and family
•Once you request service, you can monitor your request in “track your rescue” as your job progresses.
•You now have the option to request a Lyft ride from the “track your rescue” page.
•Cancel your request digitally from the until the Provider is in arriving soon status.
•Use our Guest flow option if your benefits have expired and still get rescued
•You now have option to pay using your credit card if you’ve exceeded your benefits

Good news: your AARP Roadside Assistance App experience just got even better.
It’s now even easier to pay for your service and track ETA.
* If you’ve exceeded your membership benefits, you now have the option to pay using your credit card.
* If you don’t remember your account information or are not a member, you may “continue as guest” and get the help you need.
* Before you request help, you can see the estimated amount of time you will have to wait for help to arrive.
* Once you request service, you can monitor your request in “track your rescue” as your job progresses.
Plus:
* Share your status with friends and family

• Fixed! The mobile app shall prevent multiple click on ‘create service’ button in confirmation screen.

• Fixed! We handled trailing spaces by ignoring them in a few fields on registration screen.
• Fixed! The red pin in the map should be centered and static while the map moves.
