AimHarder is designed within an easy visual interface that allows it to be used by amateur athletes as well as the more experimented ones. It also includes an infinity of exercises, WODs and utilities you just can't miss.

For the new ones, AimHarder includes some help for every kind of workout (AMRAP, For Time, EMOM, Tabata...) and demonstration videos of each exercise. Also, every time a WOD is repeated , the progress in rounds, times, weights... will be shown.

The more experimented athletes can find their last scores on benchmark WODs (Fran, Grace, Annie...) on their profile. They can track their evolution on strength exercises on 1, 3, 5 and 10RM, analize their strengths and find their weakest points.
