This free period tracker allows you quick and easy access to an accurate menstrual cycle prediction and ovulation calculator. An easy-to-use period tracker, calendar, and calculator from the #1 selling period care brands in the USA – Always & Tampax
Free, personalized content (articles, videos, tips, and more) relating to all stages of your life cycle
Exclusive wellness tips allow you to start taking immediate actions to build healthier lifestyle habits to reduce your stress and improve your mind/body well-being
Quick and simple symptom, period detail, and bladder event tracker to better understand your body as it transforms over your lifetime
Do good just by using the app! By simply downloading and using Always You, you can spark donations of period products to help end period poverty*

*For every new Always You registration and for every 100 Donation Points earned between 7/1/2023 – 6/30/2024, Always will donate one period product to Feeding America, up to a maximum donation of 1,000,000 pads. Earn 20 points for logging details related to period/bladder leak events; with a maximum of 200 Donation Points for period events per month, 10 Donation Points per day by completing all Micro steps, and 5 Donation Points for each piece of content consumed.

Always You does not share or sell your personal data.
