About BoostMe

BoostMe richt zich op het vergroten van de mentale fitheid, het verminderen van klachten als piekeren, stress, slecht slapen en somberheid. BoostMe biedt daarvoor oefeningen gebaseerd op inzichten uit de positieve psychologie, de cognitieve gedragstherapie, probleemoplossende therapie en mindfulness. Dit zijn bewezen effectieve strategieën die bijdragen aan een toename in welbevinden en een afname in depressieve klachten en stress.
