The advanced timer guides you through the four stages, calming down your breathing while strengthening your awareness.

3) The SIMPLE TIMER notifies you with a bell/gong sound (and vibrations) when you reach the end of your session. You can choose the sounds and vibrations that are played and you can change the timer length very easily.
