Science and studies also have shown that regular breathing exercises can help reduce symptoms associated with insomnia, depression, anxiety, stress. So, if you’ve already started practicing deep breathing exercises, then you’re on the right path.

And if not, Breathe Well has some of the best and proven ways to relax using controlled breathing exercises borrowed from centuries-old meditation traditions to try on your own.

Main aim to develop this app was to guide users for deep breathing exercises. To relieve stress and tension, one needs to balance life and practice a relaxed state of mind. We tried to merge the power of breath with technology. Breathe Well is an easy way of improving health and reducing stress and increasing energy and focus. The app lets the user guide for slower deeper breathing using music and visuals.

In the app, the exercise phases can be customized using the settings section where the user can choose the desired number of iterations and turn the sounds or music on or off as per his/her choice. Users also can set reminders for this breathing exercise.

All in all, we’ve developed an app which can help you in breathing exercises or meditation.
