-ตรวจสอบประวัติการรักษา
** เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ :
1. ผู้ใช้งานต้องทำการลงทะเบียน Consent form ที่ห้องบัตรโดยแจ้งกับเจ้าหน้าที่ว่า ลงทะเบียนใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นของทางโรงพยาบาลก่อนเท่านั้น
2.การกดรับบัตรคิวผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นท่านต้องอยู่ในพื้นที่ตามเงื่อนไขของโรงพยาบาล
โดยจะใช้การตรวจกับ Beacon หรือ GPS
